Researchers at Ohio State University have come up with a solution for this odour problem by Garlic. According to the researchers, both fat-free and whole milk minimizes the concentration of the chemicals of garlic.
The study published in the Journal of Food Science found that adding milk to garlic before ingesting was more effective in deodorizing the mouth than taking milk after eating garlic. The researchers said that ingesting foods with high water or fat content such as milk helps reduce the bad odour in breath after garlic flavor during eating.
The vegetable Garlic, which contains medicated elements, is always suggested to consume for its protective powers against cancer, urinary tract infections (UTI), and colds. But people dislike having it because of its bad odour. The solution may help many people to get rid of the odour.
