Main Ingredient: Bread Slices, Onion (Kanda Pyaaz), Tomato, Coriander Cilantro (Dhania)
Servings: 2 servings
Time to Prepare: 10 minutes


3-4 slices Bread (wheat or plain) but day old
1 Onion (finely chopped)
1 Tomato (finely chopped)
1 tbsp Coriander (finely chopped)
1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt - to taste
2 1/2 tsp Oil
1/4 tsp Cumin & Mustard Seeds


Chop the bread in very tiny cubes. Keep aside.
Heat oil in a large saucepan, add seeds, splutter.
Add onion, tomatoes and cook till tender.
Add in bread and all other ingredients.
Stir well to mix the masalas evenly.
Garnish with more coriander if desired.
Serve hot.
