Palak - 4cups
Paneer - 1cup(cut into cubes)
Onions - 2(big)cut into pcs
Tomatos - 4(medium)cut into pcs
garammasala-2tsp
chilly pwd-1tsp
amchur pwd-1tsp(optional)
ginger garlic paste- 1-2tsp
green chilles - 2
corriander pwd-2tsp
oil and salt
1.In boiling water, boil the spinach for 2-3 mins and drain the water.When cools down, puree the palak. keep aside.
2.in heavy bottomed pan heat 4tbsp of oil. fry the paneer for 1min. now take out the paneer from oil and put them in cold water. so the paneer will not turns hard.
3.In the same oil fry onions, green chilles and tomatoes for 5mins.now puree the onion and tomato mixture.
4.now return the tomato and onion puree to the same pan and add ginger garlic paste, stir for 1min. Then add corriander pwd, chilly pwd, amchur pwd,puree of palak and salt. stir well. cook for 5mins. keep stir for every min. then add paneer, stir and cook for 3-4mins.
servr hot with rotti or naan .
