1 lb Muhrooms(cut into square pieces)
.5 lb Matar
1/2 inch cinnamon piece
1 cardamom
2-3 cloves
1 tsp jeera
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Chilli Powder
A pinch of Turmeric
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
3 Onions (chopped)
1 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste
1 lb Tomatoes(diced)
3 tbsps Milk
Butter/ghee/oil for frying
Few Coriander leaves
1.Heat Butter/ghee/oil
2. Add whole spices followed by Jeera
3. Add onions and fry for about 2 mins
4. Then add ginger-garlic paste
5 Add the tomatoes and all the spices(chilli powder,coriander powder,garam masala,turmeric)
6.Cook till oil leaves the sides
7.Add water and salt and bring it to a boil
8.Put the mushroom,peas and milk and cook till peas are tender.
9.Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
Cashewnut paste can also be used in place of milk
