1/4 prawns
100gms tomato
2 onions (medium)
5gms Pepper
100gms carrot
1 lt Chicken stock
50gms Rice
1/4 Saffron
salt to taste
1 tbls Butter
* Clean the Prawns nicely
* Take a bowl put the prawns in it, add butter,chopped onions,carrot pieces and fry them.
* Cook rice and saffron in chicken stock. Later grid them in a mixer till it becomes a thick soup and the fired prawns and other pieces .
Your prawn soup is ready to serve.
