Mint leaves - 4 cups
Cumin seeds - pinch
Lime - 1
Green chillies - 4
Grape tamatoes -4
Garlic - 2 cloves (optional)
Salt - 1 tsp
Water - 1/4 cup
Wash the mint leaves and pat dry.
In a blender, squeeze the lime juice, add cumin seeds, add chopped green chillies, tamatoes, garlic cloves and the mint.
Add 1 tsp of salt and add water and blend it.
Transfer it into a serving bowl and serve it along with pakodas, samosas or with any dish as mint dip.
