Boiled rice 6cup
Cahsewnuts 1cup
Channa dal 1tbsp
Chopped ginger
Coconut oil 2tbsp
Cumin 1tsp
Curyy leaves
Grated coconut 2cup
Green chillies
Hing optional
Mustard seeds 1tsp
Red chilli
Salt to taste
Sugar 1tbsp
Urad dal 1tbsp
Cook rice separately make sure it is fluffy.
Heat ghee in a pan.Add cumin,mustard ,red chilli whole and saute till the aroma is released. Now add the channna dal,urad dal ,green chillies,chopped ginger, curry leaves cashew nuts, and saute till soft.Then add the coconut grated and sugar.Gently stir.
Then add the rice and fry for 2-3 minutes.check seasoning .Stir well and adjust.
Serve hot.
