1. 8-10 baby corns
2. 100 gms curd
3. 300 ml mustard oil
4. 30 gms ginger-garlic paste
5. 10 gms red chilli paste
6. Black salt (according to taste)
7. Salt as per taste
8. 5 gms garam masala powder
Step 1: Mix chilli paste, oil, garam masala, salt and black salt in curd
Step 2: Apply this mixture on baby corn and marinate for half an hour
Step 3: Grill the marinated baby corns in a hot tandoor till done
Step 4: Serve with green chutney
