Chickpea flour 2 Tablespoons
Rice flour 1 Tablespoons
Ghee 2 Teaspoons
Curry leaves(chopped)1 Teaspoons
Cashew nut(soaked)6-8 Numbers
Coriander leaves(chopped)1 Teaspoons
Red chilly powder 1 Teaspoons
Baking soda 1 Pinch
Onion(sliced)1/2 Cup
Salt
Oil
Coriander powder 1/2 Teaspoons
Cumin powder 1/2 Teaspoons
Asafoetida 1 Pinch
Pepper powder 1/2 Teaspoons
Paneer 4-5 Slice
1. Take a bowl and add chickpea flour, rice flour, little ghee, curry leaves, chopped cashew nut, coriander leaves, red chilly powder, baking soda, sliced onions, salt and mix nicely without water.
2. Take small dumpling and make flat round shape pakodi.
3. Heat oil in a pan and add pakodi and deep fry and transfer into paper towel. 4. Take a plate and add red chilly powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, asafoetida, pepper powder and mix it. 5. Take square shape paneer slices and coat it with above mixture.
6. Heat little ghee in a tawa and place the paneer slice and cook it on both sides.
7. Cut pakodi horizontally in between place above fried paneer slices.
8. Now tasty patnam pakodi is ready to serve.
