Gatte Ki Khichdi

1/2 Cup Besan (gram flour)
1/2 tbsp Red chilli powder
1/2 tbsp Coriander Powder
1/2 tbsp Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp Garam Masala
Salt according to taste
Ingredients for khichdi
Leftover rice
1 Chopped onion
1 Bay Leaf
1 Star Anise
2 Cloves
1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt according to taste


In a bowl add besan, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt to taste.

Mix well and form a dough.

When the dough is form, roll it out and boil them for 20 minutes.

Once done, form small gatte pieces and fry them.

Then in a pan fry throw in your hard spices and fry them with onion on low flame till soft.

Serve and enjoy!
