Banana, Walnut, and Cinnamon Shake

Ingredients

Half a litre of skimmed milk
2-3 ripe bananas
3 to 4 walnut kernels
1/2 tsp of cinnamon powder
3 to 4 tbsp of brown sugar
Ice, if required

Directions

-Peel the bananas and cut them into small pieces.

-Coarsely crush the walnut kernels and keep aside.

-Take the chopped bananas, crushed walnuts, cinnamon powder, sugar, and half a cup of milk in a blender. Blend to make a smooth paste.

-Pour the remaining milk into the blender and blend again for a few seconds.

-Transfer the smoothie in a glass and sprinkle some cinnamon powder on it.
Serve chilled.

This is a wholesome milk drink with the goodness of bananas and walnuts. The aroma of cinnamon and the nuttiness of walnuts add extra punch to the drink.
