Ground Chicken 1 1/2 pound 700gms
Multi Grain Pasta 2 cups
Chopped Cilantro 1/4 cup
Medium Onion 1 blended into paste
Minced Garlic 1 teaspoon
Minced Ginger 1 teaspoon
Garam Masala 1/2 teaspoon
Salt 1 teaspoon
Red Chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
Chana or roasted chick peas 3 table spoon
Poppy seeds - khash khash 1 teaspoon
Oil for frying 2 table spoon
Cheese and cilantro for garnishing.
Take a big bowl and transfer chicken meat ( you can use beef or any other meat too).
Mix all the spices well.
Make golf size meat balls and set aside.
Take a frying pan and quote the base with one table spoon of oil.
Gently transfer meat balls to the frying pan and fry the meat balls till brown.
Add past sauce ( you can use any pasta sauce of your choice) to the pan and cook on high heat till it comes to a boil.
Turn the heat to medium and cook for 15 to 20 minutes till the chicken is cooked well.
Take another pot and add boiling water.
Add 2 cups of pasta and let it boil, do not cover the pot.
Add salt to season it. Also add one table spoon of oil so that past does not stick.
Cook for 15 minutes pasta should be cooked, drain the water and add pasta to the cooked chicken.
Gently fold the pasta over - Add cheese based on your taste, add some cilantro.
Serve hot - Enjoy.
